BELL's hiring process is designed to make applying to work with us convenient for you. We currently have a three-step process for selecting outstanding educators to serve as tutors and mentors for our scholars:

The online application (30 minutes)
2.
The phone interview (15 minutes)
3.
The in-person interview (1 hour)
